Common questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you always get the full value of your current period.
What happens when I hit my product limit on Starter?
You'll be notified and given the option to upgrade. Existing products remain live — we never unpublish your catalogue unexpectedly.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — Growth comes with a 14-day free trial. No card required to start. Pro trials are available on request.
What currency is billing in?
Billing is in GBP (£). If you're a Nigeria or Kenya-based merchant, we offer local billing in NGN and KES — contact us during onboarding.
How does Ori AI work — does it access my customer data?
Ori reads your store data (products, orders, inventory) to answer questions and take automated actions. It never shares your data with other merchants. All AI actions are logged and reversible from the Brain room.
